Here is the latest on how we are making things happen at Barrett Homes.
We are pleased to announce that as of last week, Barrett Homes are now back in production! We have a skeleton crew back at our head office, with other staff working from home where possible. Our builders and tradies are back on site adhering to COVID L3 protocol. We have prepared ourselves and all site personnel about what is required to meet the very strict COVID L3 regulations, we have a daily cleaning regime in play for all sites and are closely monitoring all systems to check for adherence to the above.
Visitors to our offices and showhomes are to call prior to make an appointment, as we are limiting all access. Appointments with client liaison, and client build walk throughs will recommence when level 2 is invoked. (The team will be in contact to reschedule these appointments).
It is exciting to still have some healthy leads post lockdown, and potential clients who are motivated to purchase. We have a lot of builds out of council ready to put to our operations team to commence construction.
Looking forward, Level 2 is basically back to BAU ‘business as usual’ activity. With changes invoked at a higher level – we then meet amongst our management team and check and adjust to see how it impacts our business and systems, but at this stage we are back to pre COVID in terms of operations and delivering our builds in a timely manner.
