The way we make it happen

Step

:

Meet A Sales Consultant & Secure Your Package

Work with our Sales Team and let us know your requirements: location, house size & budget. Once a package is selected, you can secure by signing a Pre-Contract Commitment.

:

Contract's Signed

A formal Sales & Purchase Agreement will then be written up with all details on the plans, price and specifications and formally signed with your nominated lawyer.

:

Interior Design & Full Working Drawings

The fun starts! Time for a one-one-one with a Design Consultant, where you will discuss and confirm your interior selections for your new home! “Full working drawings” are then completed (8 weeks approx to complete) and forwarded to Council for approval (4 weeks approx).

:

Building Begins!

Once approved by Council, your build can begin! From floor pour date, the build takes 30 weeks approx for 1 storey and 40 weeks approx for 2 stories. Our inter-active online system will keep you informed throughout the entire build, with photo updates, install dates and more!

Handover - Welcome home!

Your Construction Manager will keep you updated on all milestones for the build! Possession can take place when Code of Compliance (final site pass) has been issued. Our commitment to you is ongoing - once you’re settled in and enjoying your new home, we will continue to keep in contact to ensure any issues that might arise are addressed. Welcome Home!
